Literary Tattoos

I could never have one of these, not being able to edit it would drive me mad.

(Not that I’d want to edit someone else’s great work; but you get my drift.)

(And I really ought to say that I nicked the link from Woman Rule Writer.)

It does beg the question though what tattoo, if any, would you have? I’d never succumb, too much of a scaredy cat but if I did, and if it were a literary one, I think it would have to be…, uh, eh….actualy maybe the elipsis one then? Fx

Just catching up Nik. Happy belated birthday and hope the foot is a bit better. I know I shouldn’t have, but I did laugh just a little bit at your ‘messy’ video. It was all so familiar:-)

That’s the problem, isn’t it, F?’Yes, Mr Tattoo chap, I would like you to write that on my arm. That’s right. Actually, could you change the ‘but’ to an ‘and’ and, oh, I think a semi-colon would work better there, don’t you? What’s that? You’ve already done it? Oh. Bugger.’Thanks Lane. And of course you’re welcome to laugh; laughing’s good. The best ones are messy, aren’t we? ;)N

Hi Nik, thanks for dropping in. I’m in love with the literary tatoo link you put up. I’ve been thinking of getting one myself, but can’t decide on what I should write on myself. I suppose I would have an editing issue like you. Oh well. Such is life. Hope all’s well with you.

Hi Julia, lovely to see you over here. I think the tattoo people need to come up with something editable; or at least give us a tattoo pen (whatever it’s called) so we can scribble round it and cross words out. It should probably have red ink in it as well. ;)Nik
